Hey, remove this comment if you like but i have some friendly advice ! :) I think the milk is maybe a little too thin, or just that not enough microfoam has been created as you notice most of the milk dips beneath the surface of the coffee rather than much of it sitting on the top like microfoam does Second tiny thing is maybe try to have the spout just a little closer to the coffee and use around 50ml less of milk when steaming so that the angle of the jug is more horizontal and spout is further down when you get to making the art I'm not an expert by any means but I got quite interested when I became a bartender with barista responsibilities too 😅
